So I ordered the accessport from Cobb yesterday and I'm wondering what kind of tunes I will be able to run and as I said I am %100 new to tuning. I have a Cobb CAI and a MBRP cat back. I don't know if it matters or not but I also have a Cobb short throw. Can anyone tell me what I should start with when it arrives?

I'd stick with nothing more than a stage 2 until you get a FMIC. You're going to be suffering some heatsoak for sure. Once you get an aftermarket intercooler check out a custom tuner like FreekTune or Stratified.
