Well I am at about the 12k mile mark, and I am already in need of a new set of shoes for the ST. I was thinking of getting a decent set of all seasons as i do live in PA and winters here do get pretty bad. Does anybody have a recommendation on a decent all season tire or am i better off trying to get another couple months out of this set and buying winter tires. Any help is much appreciated, thank you in advance.

A good all season that many run here is the Continental DWS. But personally I'd run a winter set and a summer set so you don't comprise the performance all year round with and all season. As the all season won't outperform a snow tire in it's environment and the all season won't outperform the summer tire in its environment. I run the Michelin Pilot Super Sports, but it never snows here let alone rain.

Winter set is always the best decision. With that said I ran 2 winters on Cooper Zeon RS3-As and they were fantastic except in the heaviest of snows.

Thanks for the tips guys, as money is kind of a concern i might just go with a set of all seasons. Also should i stick with the 235s or go up in size?

Continental DWS has been replaced with the DWS06. Great tires. If your name is not Richard Petty, you wont outdrive those tires on the street.

Another good alternative is the Nitto Motivo, also an all-season tire.

I've got a set of bfg g-force all seasons on my wife's Cadillac, great all around tires. Sticky as hell for an a/s, and with minimal road noise. I've got the bfg G-force comp sports on my st, world of difference compared to the f1's
