Im in the same boat.. Was looking at the mountune pistons 9.0-1 but there fricken expensive.. I want a little lower compression to be safer

I would think a 4032 piston would be way better than stock, i wanted the 2618 bc they are stronger, less brittle but they suffer more from heat and longevity soo wtf

This is a easy fix for lower compression just go with a thicker head gasket gasket like .045 vs .035 and this will bring you to close to 9.0:1.

What's the alloy used for the oem pistons? And the oem ring gap? I believe it's .052, but I'd like to verify...
