New from the DC Area
I just picked up a 2016 Focus ST on Saturday, and thought this forum looked like a good resource. I'm a member of several automotive forums, and have found over the years that you can get more information from the forum community than the dealer. I've owned several performance cars through the years and am excited about the ST for use as my daily driver in DC.
Sporty cars I've owned through the years include a 1968 Camaro, 1969 Firebird, 1974 Porsche 914, 1979 Trans Am, 1991 Geo Storm GSi, 2002 WRX, 2006 WRX, 2006 Mustang GT, 2010 Cooper Clubman S, and now my ST. As you can see, I have some muscle car experience as well as import turbos. So far, I'm really impressed with the ST, and think it is going to be a perfect daily driver. Looking forward to being a part of this forum.

Thanks, I'm in Herndon and drive into Old Town Alexandria everyday for work. When I first moved here I was fairly close to Ft. Belvoir and lived near Mt. Vernon.

Honestly, I haven't noticed them, and initially I was looking at the Fiesta ST. They discounted the Focus ST to make it more of a deal in my eyes, since it's more car. I also got 0% financing for 72 months along with over $5k off. I'll be on the look out for them now and will no doubt seem tons.
