Sorta spur of the moment bought the car due to an odd situation I put myself in. Fun little car that has surprised me and am enjoying it thus far. I'm glad to be back in a hatchback after having not been in one for years. My previous hatch was a 2009 Volvo C30 T5 R-Design. Oddly that car and the Mazdaspeed 3 and some of the Focus cars share, or did share, parts. Anyway, looking to upgrade the suspension some on this car after having come from a suspension tuned KPAX Volvo S60 GT5 that despite its size and heft was pretty agile and held corners surprisingly well. I'm thankful for all of the useful information you guys/gals have put together here.

Future mods: JBR rear anti sway bar, CP-E rear engine mount, Mountune clubsport Bilstein kit, OZ Ultraleggera 18" wheels and Michelin PSS tires. Wheels may wait. Didn't want to spend a whole lot on "upgrading" the car.

After looking around in the headliner it looks like the auto dimming mirror install I wanted to do will take a bit more effort than I'd originally planned or hoped for. Although I did check my tires air pressure expecting to see around 36 or so like the sticker on the car shows. Each tire was at 46 psi...wtf...Car feels quite a bit less squirrely around fast turns now that I have the pressure at 36psi. The car is quite fun around turns, happy to have purchased it.

That's crazy! Psi makes a big difference. Glad you're enjoying the car thought! I agree it's awesome in the corners, proabably my favorite thing about it!
