You can snap a pair of needle nose vice grips on the back side where the boot is for the link, and blast the nut with an impact. If you dont have any, harbor freight sells Bauer brand and home depot sells Milwaukee brand which both are good quality and priced cheaply.
Note, this will ruin the boot and possibly destroy the link. But I'd Hope you're replacing the links anyway.
I used a deep socket (I think that's a 15mm, right?), and some heavy duty vice grips to hold & turn it with an allen key inside the socket hole. Just to break it loose, then the impact was able to remove it.
*tip, hit it hard with just the impact socket 1st try. I got lucky with one of them and it came off without the bolt spinning around.
