Can you please show me a pic of your hatch door bump stop? I feel like this should have rubber over it.

I took a pic and tried sending it but I'm having technical errors... as always. But it looks like the other pic of the black ST:)
Thanks for taking the time, guys. Now I just have to hope the salesperson will get back to me without me calling every day. I'm trying to get this taken care of without having to drive to the dealership. Just send me the parts.
Can anybody dig me up a part number for that rubber piece? I've convinced the dealership to order and send them to me without me having to make the trip to the dealership.

I did a quick look on Tasca's site. I think it is item #2. Looks like there are different part numbers for each side. Go to their site then drill down via BODY > LIFTGATE to get the exploded diagram and parts list for your year.

That's the best guess I can come up with too. I sent them pictures from above and told them the parts department can figure it out.

It should. I was talking with somebody with a 13 and his had the same rubber stops.

All years have them, they don't stay on very well. I tend to knock mine off when wiping the car down after a wash. So I always have to make a point to make sure they are there when I am done.

When I get mine I'll super glue or RTV them *****es on. No need to get to the plastic underneath.
