First of all I LOVE my car but only when its working. After owning it for about 5months Ive only driven the car for like 3 1/2 months and find out its going to be gone for another month or two for an engine rebuild/new engine.... For the second time. It kinda makes me regret choosing the ST over its competitors and over my other choices its a great performance car but i dont know if its the right one for me. Either I got a lemon straight out of the roots of ford or something isnt right. I went against everyone getting a ford everyone said dont get it its unreliable and its gonna break down 24/7 blah blah didnt believe them but damn. At this point im contemplating trading my car in for a SS Camaro, Evo, WRX and pay more if i have too

Sounds like you got a lemon. I've had my ST since June, I drive it hard and it's been tuned for a couple thousand miles now. Only issue I've had was the Sync 3 freezing and rebooting in the middle of a road trip, but otherwise she's performed like a champ.

Well dude, I feel you. I have 35k on my car and have had a few issues myself, including have TWO transmissions replaced. Even after all the BS I've gone through with this car, no way in hell I'd give her up. Stick with the ST man. It's a fantastic vehicle... when it works haha

One year for me. Living is tucson Arizona where temps reach 110 degrees. I daily it with a stage 3 e30 tune and bring it on the drag strip and its still running like new. Around 14k miles on it and it's a 2016

H'mmmm....poster only has five total posts, one of them was about beating a bunch of kids coming home from the skatepark. Sounds like a troll....seriously doubt he has blown up two engines in less than six months.
I agree. Two engines in 5 months? I could see one lemon engine, not likely two unless the first was just a repair that wasn't done correctly. If you're having that many issues, you may consider looking into your driving habits to see if there is anything you could be doing that contributes to these failures.

Everybody yelling "lemon" on such limited info... If any of this is true I'm going with LSPI and bouncing off the rev limiter too much.

As someone who has a 15' ST that has seen the dealers service center for 58 days up until this point, I'm willing to listen to this guy... I'd just like a little more information about what went wrong.
