Guys, I have the following codes showing up in the computer with a check engine light: P0010, 0013, 0135, 0141, 0443. I did some digging and found that Fuse 32 was blown. I replaced it cleared the codes and the car was fine for about 15 mins with me checking for DTCs every 5 mins. after 15 mins the codes came back in and fuse 32 was blown again. Anyone have any ideas or seen this happen to any other cars? The car is running fine with no issues except the engine cooling fan does not come on.

O2 is damaged and needs to be replaced. Fuse 32 is for the o2 sensor as are the codes p0135,0141 and 0443. The 2 cam position codes could be from the car trying to hit a certain fuel mixture but cant because of the bad o2 sensor. It is the top one not the one after the cat BTW

Just had the same issue replaced with a denso and can’t get the dtcs to be removed. Cleared codes, reset ecu, and cleared KAM on the AP and after shutting the engine down and restarting they keep coming back any ideas?
