MO Gas no Ethanol

So apparently and supposedly we can get premium here with no ethanol in it and it's even 93! But also there's a chance premium could still be 10%??But, MO also doesn't have a law/requirement to label pumps. So is the premium always good? I almost exclusively try to get gas at Shell or BP unless it can't be avoided. You guys do the same or something different?

10% isnt going to matter.

You can buy a cheap fuel tester if you really want to know though.
