My Accessport V3 is on the way and before I get it and do my first ever tune I had a question, if my tune comes with an Eco mode (limited boost) does it hurt anything switching that on the fly? Like if I'm on the highway at highway speeds and I decide I don't care about gas mileage anymore for a few minutes, can I just switch modes and go full bore? I've heard of map switching on the fly hurting cars in the past but technology has come a long way.

eco tunes dont do anything useful
I understand that they could be pointless with certain habits, but there's a reason they are free lol. If I'm getting on the on ramp for the highway on my way home and my car is boosting way less than normal then that's gas saved I wouldn't have. Question still stands because some people see gains from it.

It won't hurt the car. The OTS maps already have this functionality. Slot 1 performance slot 2 economy. Swap whenever you want.
