I'm looking to lower my '13 Focus ST with a ST Suspension coilover kit. I'm only looking to lower it 1" in the front and 1.25" in the rear at the most. Will I be able to maintain alignment specs okay without extra parts?

Lowered my first one to similar levels with Ground Control coilovers. Alignment was within spec

Yes, you should be able to align within factory specs. Camber was at the upper limit for me but after ~5000 miles lowered, tire wear has been perfect with no issues.
