With two track days coming up next week, I took my car in for a tech inspection at the local Porsche performance shop this morning. They noticed a little stripe of brake fluid on the inside of the wheel. A little more poking around and they found the seals were leaking on one side of the caliper. So, here I am on a Saturday morning with 3 business days to get the parts and rebuild the caliper. I send Todd an email at 11:23AM. Here's his reply TWO MINUTES LATER!

One caliper or only doing one?

Anything else? Caps and plugs are quite handy for $10.

Assembly lube? Pistons? Pads?

All in an express envelope in an hour..
Five minutes later I got an invoice.

I have put this story out before, but my friend JP put my DP6 calipers from TCE on the wrong sides. On the street, no big deal, three months later at the track? Not good, pad tapers, stick to rotors, brakes severely overheat, I finally figure out why after some emails to Todd. What does he do? He gives me some free racing pads to cover the ones I ruined for not checking that they were done properly. Unbelievable service. He is also like the Albert Einstein of brakes.
