Oh my... Keep it up guys!! We need more stuff like this lol. Could you guys be extremely cool and produce an undertray replacement? One made of metal and make it a quick release? I know 9 screws are not hard but it could be a lot easier.

You should triangulate the bar on Both sides for a more ridged design. I'm not sure this design is as strong as the oem crash bar. Hopefully no one gets into an accident with it a decides to file a lawsuit because it shattered or caused total damage. Just a thought not ragging on you guys. [emoji16]

As for a wreck on a race track. I assure you this will not cause any extra damage to the car than the stock one would. In Europe they only use thin stamped steel crash bars. The chassis is 95% of the safety structure.

So this is purely for weight reduction? Doesn't add any body rigidity or anything?

Alright guys. Install review first off super easy done in twenty minutes or so. you need to start by doing two tire well bolts on each side. Then two bolts underneath.

Then there is one more bolt/screw behind the tire well covers that bolts the bumper to the frame

Then two bolts holding bumper cover right under hatch and remove the tail lights

Then disconnect light harness connector on passenger side (This is picture with bumper off, do this while bumper is still on.)

Then push tabs on top and gently pull to pop bumper cover off (Do each side separately)

gentle pull will pop out here

pull bumper cover slightly off to disconnect middle connector

Oem bumper almost 12 Lbs

Dhm 3-4 lbs WOW!

Bar mounts perfectly over bolts no problem. I would suggest whipping dirt away. Lots of dirt and rocks fell out of the oem bumper

Reassemble the way you took it off. 20 minutes max
All in all super happy with this. Great product! Thanks DHM!

I have had two fiesta customers get paid and by another one no issues. Also mustang, subaru, srt4 and many other communities do the same and have not seen any issues with insurance clams. Obviously it is not NHTSA approved and should be for racing only.
