35% all around. I think 3m makes a something in the 95% area that's ceramic.

I call it: Gangsta dark, so dark it makes your neighbors nervous.

Anyone use the Photosync tint? I have a guy who does high end tinting and it is 75% normally and goes to 45% when hit by Sun. Also claims 90% UV protection at all times.
Crazy pricy at $400.
Anyone with experience?

 

Well, I went and did the photosync tint.
75/45
Here it is in the sun, at night it is virtually clear.
This tint shop actually puts this on windscreen as well.

I've yet to have a car tinted and priced out Huper Ceramic today. $700 sound right for quality material with a good installer? I have 23 windows in my house covered with Huper and love the stuff but was a bit surprised at the cost for the car.

 

Seems a little high to me.... I'm looking to pay around $400 and the closest ceramice dealer is Huper.... I'm gonna call soon for an estimate. I wonder if anyone else can weigh in though.

I love the white st emblem. I will do that to mine eventually. I love the stance of the wheels, just wish they were white and that would pretty much be how I want my PB to look!

Is ceramic really worth it? I know it's more expensive, and I'm having trouble finding shops that carry and install ceramic films.... One guy I talked to said all the expensive brands that have the "state-of-the-art" technology in them don't do much extra for the price they're offered.

 

Yes the right ceramic is well worth the money. Ceramic IR type, which actually blocks heat and UV. I have 20% all around and I also have Air80 on my front windshield, which is essentially clear. The other day here at work it was about 95+ and my car had been in sun all day. So I took a high quality infrared camera/thermometer and did a test. The reflected reading off the windshield was 150 F then I checked my interior it was 108 F. So yes it works.
