Why did they change the look of the ST already?

 

Completed the tint with a 5% low brow front windshield tint today; I have 20% all around otherwise; now the sun is out of my eyes!

I have 35% all around (except the windshield). I think 35% tint is a clean look for the STs.

 

20% in the back, 35% up front.

 

 

Just got mine done saturday so no pics yet with our semi crappy weather.

Windshield brow is 5% to help with the sun in your eyes.
30% on the front windows to be legal
15% on the rest of the windows just to make it a little easier to see out of.
I am pretty happy with how it came out and will post photos when I get some decent ones.

 

Just got mine done today, 35 up front and 20 on the rears and sun strip.

Just had my ST tinted today. 20% all around as well as a strip on the windshield.

 

Went with Madico Charcool film CH20 (dark) on the sides and CH5 (limo) on the back window. Along with a vinyl satin black windshield visor strip. Also tinted the side markers and tail lights.

I don't know the exact percentages of tint, but it's the darkest allowed in Texas. The dealer did it after I bought it. I wanted that "Mind Ya Bidness" tint, but also didn't want to be hassled by the cops.:nerd:
It looks nice and dark in the 1st pic... Not so much in the 2nd one... Oh well.

Only 50% is legal in Ohio anything else goes on the back window and 70% on the front windshield. Debating doing 35% all around and chancing it.

I had 35% all around on my TL lived in OH 8 mo. With no problems.

Here's mine now, 20% back and 35% front. Its darkest allowed in KY although I've never heard of anyone getting pulled over in this state for tint.

The only kinda side pic's that I had on my phone. 35% all around. Live in NJ near PA and never get bothered by police.

 

Anyone know what the lightest ceramic tint there is? I wanna do my entire windshield, even though its illegal to tint the windshield in Dairyland. From my research, I've seen a 70% and 80% VLT. Not looking for aesthetics, just wanna keep the interior cool in the summer as the seats are not cooled :furious:
