I just picked this baby up for 11k. Has 123k miles on it. Has a cat delete and a turbo smart 50/50 BOV. What would be the few things you guys would first do to this car?

Always start with an aftermarket intercooler.

Also search the forums here for LSPi and make sure you avoid it.

As for 1st things: You already heard #1 = FMIC (front mount intercooler!
#2 would probably be a Rear Motor Mount
I hope the symposer has been deleted, but that's my #3, lol.
Lots of reading on this forum to do as a new ST owner. Especially the pre-facelift models like yours. Just inform yourself for what to look for.
check for aftermarket tunes left on the car as well.

Always use sport mode, the torque vectoring is reduced, which reduces the torque steer effect, it’s always the first thing I do when I start the car.

Pre facelift models?

Pre-face lift is prior to 2015 MY. They have a smooth hood and a different info-tainment system; Among other differences. IIRC they have been known for a few additional issues that were later addressed by Ford (some electrical and some mechanical). I had a '14 ST that was full of wire-chasing issues before I just traded it in. The models are largely the same though.
