If you really will be installing the turbo in the coming months, I would just say wait and install them both at the same time. BC you will have to remove/install both hot and cold charge pipes, IMO you will be doing double the work.

HUGE emphasis on using a light amount of WD-40 to fit the couplers. It will enable you to fit them on and reposition them as comfortably as possible. I promise you as long as you do this, you'll finish in under 1.5 hours. This is the only reason you'd have any trouble. If you did not lube up those couplers.

I got the JBR kit. No issues. The instructions on their support page are solid.

If I could do it, you could 1000% do it.
