So I already have an AEM filter in. I want to get a full short ram intake. What else do I need to buy so I can install a full setup? I only have the filter.

You can buy just the tube from places like FSWerks. I think there may be a few others.

Stay with what you have; the factory system is well designed and there is really no benefit to an intake tube (says the guy that bought the first intake available back in 2012).
