Ok guy first let me apologize if this has already been beat to death, but I couldn't find a specific thread or sticky for it. My question is what are the most important parameters to watch on your data logs and what numbers should be considered ideal and the acceptable safe range? I just got my access port v3 and put on the stage 1 93 OTS cobb tune. There are so many different parameters you can watch on your gauges and in the log. I just want to make sure I am watching the important one and know what I am watching for. This is my first turbo toy since I was 16 back in 2004, which was a 1st gen DSM(eagle talon) 4G63. The amount of options now are way different then back then. The car is super impressive for only having the tuner, cobb filter, and a resonator and muffler delete. Got a roush cold air, and cat back in the works now at dealer cost thanks to a good friend of mine. thanks for any information you guys can provide!

Actual AFR
Boost Pressure
Ign. Corr Cyl 1
Ign. Corr Cyl 2
Ign. Corr Cyl 3
Ign. Corr Cyl 4

AFR you want to see <12 at WOT
Boost is just to verify no pressure loss (18psi Stock)
Ign Corr will let you know how the engine is performing, + is good, - means you're pulling timing (bad fuel, bad plugs etc) and should be noted if you're pulling timing consistently.
Good Luck!

Ok thanks for the advice. Ive been watching the AFR, boost, a and EGT's. Ill change it up and add in the ignition corrections as well. WOT my AFR's are in the high 9's which if im not mistaken is quite rich. however normal driving and lite to no throttle it hangs around 14.5 to 14.7. The car is running smoother than ever and definitely way stronger as well. @swok im gonna get the stratified tune, I decided that after reading a lot of post yesterday talking about how much better they are in comparison to the cobb OTS tunes.

Im about the same, only mods right now are the air filter. I also have a muffler and resonator delete but I doubt they add much if anything other than noise. Im in my 30's now so I drive like I have some common sense. Like to save the rpms for when I really want to use them and keep gas in the tank. Plan on taking it to a local road course this summer though to really see what it can do on the twisty's, this car wasn't meant to go in a straight line.

ive been through a ton of cars. when i was younger i swear i gave the meaning to "drive it like you stole it". Fave car iv owned other than my ST was my Lincoln Marc VIII, that thing was sweet and a major sleeper it has the old 4.6 L
quad cam that the put in the Cobras back in the day. Then i had a 1985 Monte Carlo SS T-top car that i built a punched out 350 with a TH350 trans behind it (fun till i spun a rod bearing). A ZX-3 that i totaled. A GTI (non turbo) it sucked. and there are a few more in there lol. @swok bet there is not many curvy roads out there in the flat lands of OK. Here in VA there are plenty!!

No curvy roads in my part of Oklahoma, just flat and straight and barley any trees lol
That Marc was always the unlimited sleeper. There was one early 2000s you would of never guessed anything was done to besides oil changes md that car was stupid quick.
