I have a damaged rear applique on my passenger side rear door. I have a replacement part but am not sure how to remove the damaged part.

Also, not sure how to install the replacement part.

Has anyone changed this part out that can share their insight?

Can you show us the back side of the replacement part? You should be able to figure out where the snaps/clips are and if there are screw holes

Normally these types of trims are snapped in only. Sometimes with glue and sometimes with screws. Search YouTube and you should see some videos of how it's down. You might not find a focus but should be similar to other Ford's. Get a couple of plastic pry tools and see if you can work it under, you will probably need to remove some of the rubber window seal to get to it. With the rubber seal out of the way, you might be able to see if any screws were used

It is fastened on with screws. I checked YouTube with no luck.

From the looks of the part, pull back the rubber trim/seal on the door side and you should have access to the screws. Once those are removed, you should be able to use a pry tool to pop it off the rest of the way.

Looks like the far side sort of wraps around the window side, so just fangled it off. If any double sided tape is used, just make sure you clean it off real well and use alcohol to wipe off any residue before reapplying new stuff. If it seems stuck on really well, can probably use a heat good to soften the tape

I wanted to update my post to enable closure.
Pulled the rubber window seal forward away from the applique (trim) and exposed the screws.
Removed the three screws.
The applique hooks on along the back edge of the door. So, just had to pull up and to the rear to remove.
Basically, reverse the process to install.
