I bought a 13' Focus SE new and then learned about the ST. Instant regret. The SE was a "responsible" buy and was mostly a great car. The only things I HATED were the crappy infotainment system and the really crappy double clutch automatic (left me on the side of the road 4 times in the first 40k miles). I've been reading up and looking around for a replacement for about a year. I kept coming back to the ST. I found a great deal and jumped on it about a week ago. Got a tuxedo black 2014 ST3 with 20k miles. Eliminated my 2 issues with the Ford Touch system and a trustworthy manual transmission. I absolutely love driving this car! I do have some things I'm still looking into. There is an Agency Power exhaust on it (it's the tri-tip which is growing on me) with aftermarket plugs and a K&N filter. I found some paperwork from a Procal tune in the glove box just not sure if it's still applied. Someone also tinted the taillights so I'm sure I'll get pulled over at some point unless I replace them but they do look pretty damn cool. I want to do a Mountune MR300 or MR275 upgrade at some point but that might be a ways out. Driving to work has never been so much fun!
