Let me apologize in advance if this is in the wrong section. Anyway I'll cut to the chase. I've had a front end suspension rattle that I could also feel for about the past month. It's like a rattle/clunking when going over bumps and holes in the road. It wasn't there and then was suddenly. I'm kind of car-savvy and have taken the tires off multiple times to try and find something loose but to no avail. I've shaken the tires to check the bearings and that's not it. I took it to the dealership and they charged me $50 to grease the struts. Surprise, didn't fix it.. Im essentially at the point of desperation and was wondering if anyone has ever experienced something similar or suggestions on what to check. No vibration in the wheel. Just a noise and I can kind of feel the car shake when hitting bumps. Cheers!

Front swaybar end links might need to be replaced.
Should be covered on warranty.

What front mount?

Some cores have been known to hit the front crash bar over bumps, namely the depo beast and cpe.

Intakes can hit the hpfp

If the factory dp bracket was re-installed a bit off it can cause some hits over bumps. The oval piece over the "brillo pad" needs to be centered appropriately.

I would do a re check and re-tighten on these parts, as well as thoroughly checking the front sway bar endlinks and suspension bushings. Also check the front spring cups, for debris or spring damage/perch damage. It sounds weird but it has happened.

Also the strut top hats should be checked.

Oh, and check your rear downpipe bracket for tears.

I'd suggest front swaybar links as well. I had a similar clunk in mine and it was resolved with new endlinks. Checking for play is tricky, when the car is jacked up there's enough load on the endlinks to prevent movement so I had to diagnose with the car flat on the ground. The amount of play was minimal, but it translated to very loud clunks when driving. Only cost $15 for a new OEM endlink from Ford so one of the cheapest fixes I've ever had on a car.

1 bad bushing on a sway bar link can cause that noise, I would inspect those before throwing money at it. Easy to replace on your own if it is the problem

After market rear bar? If so grease the heck out the mounts. I had the same issue, couldn't tell really where the clunking was coming from, was thinking end links but not the type of noise I would expect when they bind. Anyway, took the rear sub frame mounts off and greased the heck out them and issue solved.

This guys knows whats up... I second that
Especially the strut hats. On my old Scion I had a similar clunking, turns out the top of the piston shaft that gets bolted to the strut mount came a little loose and thats what was causing the clunking for me

Sounds like front strut bearings to me; this was an issue on early builds and the bearing was replaced with a new part number, but it sounds like the same thing.
