My 2016 Focus ST is having an issue where the headlights come on automatically, but the driver side headlight randomly flickers or just stays on for a few seconds then goes back to normal, but the entire time passenger headlight is fine and stays on low beam. Anyone else having/had this issue?
When it flickers between high and low, do the high and low on that side maintain the brightness that they normally would, or are they dim? i guess ill see in the video, but it was worth asking now.
So I have aftermarket low beam lights, and the resistor stopped working this morning and my low beam won’t work for the driver side at all… looking into the high beam thing now
So I just got the car about a month ago, and I didn’t think anything had been done to it, when I pulled the head lights out I saw that there were after market LED headlight that are H11, but the are not meant for the car, and the resistor on the driver side light burnt out or something happened to it, and before I looked at it, it had just stopped working… which is when I saw that they were aftermarket.
Okay, I see. So the best way to go about this is to put halogen light bulbs back in (low and high beam) and make sure everything else is operating okay.
