I have no experience with the generation one turbo but my GEN two is excellent I’m on the third iteration of my tune and I must say that it rups. 24.5 psi peak and 22.5 at redline. So far less wheelspin because of the spool. It’s not cheap once everything is added up though...

I bought it used so I am not 100% which gen it is. I bought it so quickly and did not do much research on how to tell the difference. I do not have any physical numbers for you to prove the power its putting down. But from my reading I should be making 330-350, and I can say from cars that I have ran against I am for sure there. I do have meth Injection, currently waiting to get my base map for it. Hoping to see 380-400 with that.
If used then certainly the gen 1. Gen 2 was released the last week in June. Like I said I’m only on my third iteration of the etune from freektune so I’m not sure it’s making all the power it can on 93. In theory it’ll spool a bit quicker than a gen 1 because of a lightened billet compressor wheel and will have more top end because of updates to the compressor housing and inlet. I’m set up for wmi it’s just not turned on. I’m gonna have freektune make me a switchable map for wmi after we’re done tuning without. I think it flows a little better but won’t make any more power per se. that being said newer is always better-Barney Stinson.

Are you running the Gen 2 GTX2867r ? Because I cant see it on the ATP website, at least not in teh Focus ST section
I do have a gen 2. They changed the adaptor to stainless steel from cast iron on the gen 2. That’s a nice upgrade.
