That said, this is a pretty good deal.

The elbow was originally $500, the 3P tube and kit is something like $200 (yeah/no?), and the EWG is $350.

That's $250 less than buying it from a reseller and it's still new and you're supporting a fellow community member when buying this way.

I have a similar problem but made a fake account so I could check out the ST/RS groups. They're as popular if not more popular than here (and dare I say it: tend to have more younger people willing to burn their money).

I think for the right price, you could sell anything ... including those XDIs and all the other stuff.

I think a lot of guys on here set their prices a bit too high and no one jumps because they're looking for an obvious deal (like OK winter tires and a full set of like new wheels for $400).

If the price is right, at least on the forums, you can sell stuff quick.

If you're trying to make most your money back, you'll have better luck on the facepage marketplace where the kids don't know to look for a deal or are happy to take whatever discount they can.

... and if you do end up posting things, well, post them here too because depending on when you do, I'll have money to burn again and want dibs on cool stuff.
