Cost well over $6k new with tires and sensors...

Wheels have no rash but some staining.. they need to be cleaned but otherwise good condition. I will not ship them but I will be in SoCal in a few weeks. These have about 2k miles on them and come complete with sensors. In the second photo there is scuffing but it is from handling and stacking in my warehouse...

What's the weight and offset ??
Seems to good to be true... What's the story? Why let them go for so cheap with such low mileage? I don't have the cash to buy them, but if I did... this is a give away price. Just curious.
Giveaway price I need them gone - there are photos of them in this forum just search my username. Weight? No idea but they are light
Offset?

Any ideas on how to get staining out? It appears to be brake fluid? Since it is only on 2 wheels.. Wheel cleaner does not work. If I use mother's wheel polish, I can get it off without actually "polishing" the finish. But it is hard work. I'm afraid to use a drill and polishing pads...
