Forged internals or SP63 stroker kit?

new to the whole building motor idea, young kid willing to learn. So I get the SBD red turbo kit in already currently doing DHM etune and love it, got colder plus drop racing FMIC catless turbo back. So my question being is with my turbo am I going to see much benefit from the stroker kit over doing a regular forged internals set? What pros and cons are there to each option if anyone can provide some feedback. Also I plan on installing WMI and have my head ported. Any bit of insight helps!
