Exhaust sounds are very subjective, which means the "best" exhaust tone will vary based on individual preferences. To help you decide which exhaust you like best, we've created this video demonstrating the sound from three of our most popular exhausts.

Take a listen to each exhaust and compare to see which one sounds right for your Focus ST.

I really love the MBRP exhaust. As you say, each exhaust sound is extremely subjective. You are really swaying me to a new exhaust system. I have been trying to find one that doesn't sound like a coffee can exhaust! I am curious about the two SS models. Just wandering how well the lower grade one will hold up in PA.

I'm probably going with the mbrp when I get the money. I think I'm going to get the catted DP, I'm just afraid the non catted would be too damn loud

steve, i was wondering if you had any sound clips of the flowmaster american thunder system with a catless downpipe? i love the sound of the flowmasters but would like to know how much louder and raspier they are when paired with a catless downpipe or an aftermarket catted downpipe

I do not and I don't know what downpipe Joe is going with on his OW ST but whatever he does we'll have a clip for when that time comes.

Unfortunately my car is a DD and I am going with the high flow catted COBB downpipe to match with the Flowmaster. But I'm sure catless would be extremely loud. I did a dyno with the catback only and a guy in the room had to hold his ears. He didn't have to do that with the Roush or CPE austentine exhausts on the other two STs.
