Had the same thought, don't believe there is.
Wish there was some good aftermarket choices though. Like smoked LED tails.

Well ive see us spec rs's with The Led strip at the bottom and also the euro sts have the same so idk if its a direct swap?

Hmm, now I'm interested. I'd assume if the LED tails come with a converter built in they would be a direct swap. Otherwise might be able to use a converter from a trailer brake light system.

Yea I know the us rs and electric focus is direct swap but these are euro so I'm not sure!

Yeah, that would be a lot of coin and wait time to spend to find out they don't fit. This would be a whole lot easier if there were more aftermarket options. As popular as the Focus is I'm shocked there's not more companies out there making LED tail lights for the 15up.

Who's to say it would be a long wait time? From ford new it's 1200 for a set of focus electric taillights this is 450 for both after shipping

what exactly do you mean to change the computer?? like the wiring harness for the lights?? (sorry noob question) i just was wondering how you did it because I'm really considering swapping the tails and headlights also for rs for my st.?

Any update on this thread OP? Some idiot salesman tried to race me in his dealerships RS the other night, but I did get a nice look at those tail lights. They look just as plain Jane during the day, but at night they look really nice. I would be interested in upgrading if it was plug & play.

Download the Focccus app Ford Tools by xGloooM from ffclub.ru
and use it to change the tail lights in the CPU to LED's so it doesn't trip any bulb sensors. Similar to the procedure used to enable the Global Up/Down feature. http://www.focusst.org/forum/focus-...app-built-editor-all-around-reprogrammer.html

This might explain why when I tried putting in DD LED bulbs it tripped the sensor and wouldn't actually change brightness with the brake being pressed.
