Ok, I have done the global windows using the procedure in the first message and it worked fine but I have a question. Why do we have to use as built editor website? In the FoCCus app could we just click "Read fromBCM", make whatever change we wanted, then click "Write to BCM"?

Yes you can do that, I just found it easier to use the app. I have done about 10+ cars now and I just had them email me their VIN's so I could have everything ready. But if you are not doing multiple cars in one sitting it isn't really needed.

I was thinking about how to make this more streamlined if I wanted to do other cars.

It seems like skipping the part where you enter your vin into a Russian website and download a file that has to be loaded into the FoCCus app would be much quicker, and not require an internet connection.

Has anyone tried to do global windows using only the FoCCus app?

I have. It's how I did it the very first time.

I've done it both ways, just reading then modifying and the Russian way. Both worked exactly the same.

Would this be able to alter the operations of the steering wheel controls (swap button functions)??? E.G. change the left controls to control audio and the right to control menu?
No I don't believe so, it just lets you change options from a drop down menu to what other models might have available.

Hi,
Need your help please.
I have Ford Focus SE 1.5 - 2016
Not sure what happened but suddenly the Acknowledge hazard signals not flashing when locking the doors.

The modification i did is as below:
#32 Automatic locking by Speed - Automatic Locking
#83 Central Lock, type - Burgalproof Locks
#109 Power rear windows - Electric

Is there anyway using FOCCCUS to enable hazard signals flashing when locking the doors?
Please advice.
Thanks,

Hi Guys,
I never tested FoCCCus but I would do it if it can help me out.
I hate SOOOOO much the front wiper "fluid" system...
It start each time that a spray the fluid, the back one don't do that, we need to pull for a few seconds.

Can we fix that with FoCCCus ?
Can you rephrase that?

Sorry, my 1st language does affect my English.

When you push the rear spray, you can get like 3-4 seconds of spray without the wiper blade moving.
When you push the front spray, it start without delay.
Ha ha, I wasn't sure if it was a language thing or auto-correct gone crazy! Thanks for the clarification! I don't think there's any fix for that.

I think usually that 3-4 seconds is the water moving from the reservoir in the front up the hose to the back of the hatch it just takes time to get out there. It usually empties out after time. once you do it the first time, in a couple minutes if you do it again, it doesn't take 3-4 seconds.

The delay is not for the spray itself, but for the wiper blade to move.
With most of the car that I had before, I'm used to spray a few seconds before the wiper blades move.
