Flat Foot Shifting on OTS Maps

Hey guys I recently purchased a 2016 ST 3. Picked up and AP V3 and am wondering if I am able to use Flat foot shifting or WOT shifting (whatever you wanna call it) with the Stage 1 93 Octane Cobb OTS Map? I have been told you can but cant seem to find any information as to the parameters that need to be met or if a custom tune is required or if it can be done with just the OTS maps. my Current version is Stage 1 93 Octane V320 if that helps at all.
