FLASHING RED INFORMATION LIGHT IN THE DASHBORD
About the red information light that sits between the gas and temp gauge. I have a FOCUS a 5 years ago and suddenly, a FLASHING RED INFORMATION LIGHT IN THE DASHBORD, between the gas and temp gauge, started to blink out in a short flash in red. Thats occur only when I lock the car and activate the Anti-Theft System.
Reviewing the screen menus to do a system check it says all systems are normal. Any idea Why it Does this?

I navigated trhough ALL the options, The system doesn't show any alerts, warnings or messages.... so, a litle bit respect, guy....the all knowing red info light haha. you can use the integrated buttons in the steering wheel to navigate the dash menu and see what the info alert is for.
Since nothing in seen in menus, then you probably need to scan for codes using something like Forscan.
You could also try a code scanning tool.
I can't remember seeing the red "I" flash 🤔.
Maybe if you try to drive with the hood or door not fully closed it goes from solid to flashing?
And if they are mechanically closed, one of the position switches may be bad.🤔

You never stated that you hooked up an OBD scan tool to the car.Thanks guy...but I already have done that....and nothing was detected.... all the systems OK....

FORD assistance in Brazil was seriously hampered by the closure of factories here.

I wonder if its a canbus ground/voltage issue causing a fritz. It's a stretch though.
How old is your battery? Condition of terminal connections. I know it sounds trivial, but these cars are SUPER sensitive to voltage and are known to cause ridiculous gremlins.
checked this morning , also blinks on my car while powered off and locked , im fairly certain its just the security system indicator .

This just started happening on mine too, not sure what it is or why it's doing it. As soon as i shut off the car and lock the door and lights go out the red info light starts flashing... very strange never noticed this before.
