I am NO stranger to the track, raced my turbo Mustang for over a decade.... But I am pretty happy.

Roush Airbox

Also went a 14.22 and a 14.12 again. Best trap was 101.70. That part is a bit disappointing, was hoping for more like 103 given it was pretty cool last night. If I could work at it, I am sure I could nudge a 13 out of it, just don't think I care enough to try. Its my daily and I am NOT doing anything else to it.

Shrug, then I guess there's nothing to discuss.

91 octane is your problem

The car is calibrated for 93 octane which is not available in several places. You are not making as much power as you could. A tune will get some of that back but not all of it. 93 octane tune is more aggressive, it will make even more power; E30/E40 about 20 hp more than that w/ down pipe.

Two ways to solve that, I did both.

1) E30 tune
2) Water/Methanol Injection

Car runs the same on either, when comparing time slips.

To clear this up. Is a 91 Oct. tune, running 93. I am being overly cautious and paranoid.
That's not to bad I went 13.7 @ 101.xx ''stage 3'' with out meth on 93 ots stratified tune. These cars are not really made for a straight line drag race but they are still fun to go and troll the loud Hondas that run 15-17 second passes. It is all about having fun in a safe and controlled manner. Here is the video if you care to see.

Nothing to be paranoid over. I ran [email protected] when I forgot to turn on the WMI, it retarded the timing at high load, that's all. With a 500 cc nozzle, it's run [email protected] three times in a row, the next to last pass I rolled the beams but it trapped the same the ET is way off.

No they aren't made for drag racing, neither is a Charger Hellcat despite internet white noise. Neither is a Winston/Sprint Cup stock car but one Hendrick car back in the late 90's was sent down the strip at Pomona and it ran 9.80's on short track slicks.

Cup engines around d shaped ovals are around 800 hp now, I'd say 8.70's is possible in as-raced trim.

There's nobody around to film my passes, all I have is time slips; best time is in my sig, that's on E37, no meth on slicks, no spare/jack/tool

On top of that I think I'm short shifting the car, I'll know this weekend.

Still waiting on the OAR to climb to one so that i can send Mountune some new datalogs to finish up the tune. Been trying to run my car harder than normal to make that move, but I just don't beat on it enough. Been at .33 for a couple weeks now.
