I recently purchased a used 2015 FoST with some modifications: mainly, an intercooler and catless downpipe. I want to put a tune on the car and I'm unsure if the car currently has a tune already on it (I bought the car from a commercial dealership as a trade-in, and they were completely clueless on any modifications on the car). Can I just by a Cobb Accessport and put a tune on the car without knowing if there is already a tune on the car? Or, do I need to know that the car has a factory tune to put a aftermarket tune on it? Hope that makes sense.

I would have the dealer you bought it from flash it to oem, then put your tune on it. That way you can always return to oem tune if you have any issues. AP3 should download whatever tune that's is on the car and store it as stock

You should be good to go with adding a new tuned it'll overwrite whatever's there
This. Also, if/when you uninstall the Accessport, it'll put a factory tune on your car.
