Exterior B Pillar trim removal?

It looks like the links for the shop manuals are DOA. I somehow caught a dent on both of the driver side B pillar trim pieces. Replacements from Ford were fairly inexpensive, but I'm not sure about the R&R process. Does anyone have a diagram of this area?
