I was bored looking around the Etis page and noticed that it has my car listed at 240 PS instead of 250 PS. 240 PS translates to roughly 237 HP. Has anyone else seen this or does anyone know if this is even legitimate info?

The base engine is rated at ~240 hp for the non ST application, i.e. in everything else from the Fusion to the Taurus. ETIS is a european database as well.

The car is also rated at 243 hp/270 lb-ft on 87 octane and 252 hp/270 lb-ft on 93 octane fuels.

So yes it's technically correct that the base engine was a 240 ps specification, but it's been tuned for the ST application.
