OK I know about the timing tools. They will not hold the crank in place while you undo the bolt. So big breaker bar with the other end of the crank backed up or will a impact gun do the job.

What is the best way to remove the crank pulley bolt and then remove the cams?
Put 2 flywheel bolts in and use a wrench to hold the crank as you loosen the pulley bolt with a larger cheater bar. Once you get the bolts in you'll see exactly what I mean. The cams have to be pulled after the timing cover. Remove the tensioner and chain the remove the cam caps.
