I had my 2.3 (2.0 stroker) on the dyno last week

It ran fine for 10 mins, but was smoking a little. Nothing untoward but not great

Anyway ran the engine up to 2500rpm added some load and it started to miss badly. Compression test was low on 1 and 3. Leakage test showed 44% on the inlet on cyl 1 and 33% on Exhaust on 3

So took it off the dyno and opened the engine up

Head was so badly cocked the valves were sticking

Engine was supposed to of had only 1500 miles when i bought it, this could of cause be made up but i have a cert to say genuine mileage. Was rebuilt with new 2.3 crank, rods, pistons, piper rally cams etc. But as the engine was almost new the head was simply just put back on (i know i know)

Can anyone give any suggestions as to why this has happened........as

sounds like a bad tune...cams in these cars require an unreal amount of time to properly dial in
