Question for you all... So, I had my battery die on me over the holiday, no biggie, recharged and all good. However, I went to uninstall my Cobb tune and it says the ECU flash data is corrupt and will use the base tune that comes with the tuner. I have the APv2. Any tuners out there know how to get the original OE Ford Tune back?

It should be fine. A few points:

1. Make sure your battery is fully charged or do the flash while a battery charger is hooked up.
2. Hook up the Cobb AP to your PC and update it. This will get the latest OEM calibration on the device
3. Uninstall the AP

You can use whatever calibration the AP has on it when you uninstall. It'll be an updated Ford OEM cal (the latest Cobb has available) and may not be the one your car originally came with. That's fine. It's no different than going to the dealer and having them flash the latest OEM software.
