Switched to a depo 3.5 IC a couple weeks ago and the stock hose keeps popping off. I have t-bolt clamps on there tightened to hell, but it still keeps popping off. I wonder if sanding the IC pipes a little bit would help to keep it on as they are really smooth/slick. What do you think?

Try some super hold hair spray on the connection; just make sure you clamp it tight and let it set up for a while before boosting.
