Hey All,
Been lurking a bit but this is my first post. I am picking up my Shadow Black ST3 tomorrow but the bad news (to me) is it came with the red stripe kit and I want to get rid of the stripes and red mirrors.

I want to replace the red mirrors with shadow black ones so they match the body and can't seem to find any info searching or looking on ebay. I would appreciate anyone pointing me towards a vendor, ebay or wherever!

Or does someone want to trade?

They don't come repainted unless you get takeoffs. You might be able to trade for a set. There have been a few members posting that want the red caps...

Worst case scenario, plasti dip them. I have a white st and dipped mine matte black and it holds up great.

is it not just vinyl on the mirror caps? I would have thought it is since the stripes are vinyl and they would have to match.

That would be a great thing. If anyone knows about that I'd be interested to hear. Or I can wait until morning and see if I can't peel them there.
