Just want to add on, tried this stuff (MTF-2) and initial impressions after like 20 miles in 90 deg F temp:
- there's less "clunk" when shifting, not that the factory "clunkiness" really bothered me, but there was a noticeable difference
- slightly smoother engagements when shifting up/down vs factory fill changed @ 25k miles

There's an MTF-3 out but it seems to be slightly thinner vs the MTF-2 (854 [MTF-2] vs 844 [MTF-3] kg/m3 @ 20*C per Ravenol) so I just went w/ the MTF-2.
