I haven’t filled in 6 years. Is it ok to top off with the yellow?Whoa... You're not just a little low, you're WAY low.... I'd be checking for a leak, and you shouldn't be driving the car when it's that low... There's a reason there's a minimum line on the tank. The coolant system on these cars doesn't hold much at all, and running that low can create air pockets in the head that can lead to cracks in it.
I'm trying to wrap my brain around you continuing to drive with the coolant that far below the minimum line for potentially months/year(s) and ignoring it....I haven’t filled in 6 years. Is it ok to top off with the yellow?
5 years...need to flush and fill.Now I got to check mine it's been 5 years I've never put anything in it I've never noticed it low though and I've been under the hood.
