So far car runs fantastic. On cobb stage 2 with no other mods and it's still strong as ever.

Always change oil every 3-6k miles.

Have changed my brakes.

Have done one trans fluid change.

Spark plugs every 10-15k miles.

Air filter every 20-30k

Anything else I should look at doing or checking?

Per the manual and my own list:

Tire Rotation/ Suspension Inspection
Replace (or at very least inspect) the Acc Drive Belt
Check Battery Condition - Clean Terminals Check load
Inspect Under Hood Hoses for leaks and weakness - replace if needed
Inspect Steering Components for leaks damage
Check Oil and Fluid Leaks
Check Fluid Levels
Inspect Half Shafts boots for leaks/tears
Check function of Exterior Lights and Hazard
Spare Tire - Inspect / inflate to specs
Inspect Wiper condition function
Cabin Air Filter
Transmission Fluid - Do it again! (I suggest Motul DCTF) https://www.pandamotorworks.com/col.../panda-motorworks-approved-transmission-fluid
Coolant Level and Condition (Ford Specs 150K, do a flush and refill if you end up replacing a hose)
Run a bottle of Techron (https://www.amazon.com/Chevron-65740-Techron-Concentrate-Cleaner/dp/B00092893E)

Ask if you need more detail.

Edit: Add Motul link

I've seen it clean injectors and combustion chambers well.

Learned about it form Ford Guys tackling the stuck spark plugs in early 3 valve 5.4's and Subaru folks handling the EJ25 Cat issues.

Both suggested it as a good carbon fighter.

Edit: Yep, I had to <redacted> with both those issues on personal vehicles. :(

A lot of people, myself included, are against using it in Ecoboost engines. There is a lot of reasons if you do a search or two on it. A lot of people a lot smarter than I had some pretty technical reasonings behind not doing it.

Flicking Carbon Flakes at a turbine wheel spinning at 170k RPM?

Searched a bunch, and the only concerns noted are potentially lowering octane and/or increasing exhaust temps to higher than expected levels at the Turbo and Cat.

The focus manual and ST supplement only say MMT is bad in gas. No prohibition on fuel additives.
