As most of you know, my ST was wrecked a few months ago. Well when the knee airbag went off it ripped the OBD2 cable out of the AP and tore out one of the little locks and cracked the plug along with it. I've had it held in with a rubber band but every time you hit a bump or hit it with your hand it shuts off and has to reboot.
So I sent Cobb an email telling them of my dilemma and was wondering if maybe they would take pity on me and give me a discount of some sort.

Their response:

Hey Joe,

I have much pity for you. I hope you gave your son-in-law a hard-time about all this ;-)

If you can send me a picture of the damaged cable, I'd be happy to send a new cable your way for free :)

Please make sure to let me know the best mailing address as well.

This is great to see and read. I can honestly say that I have been less then impressed with some of the customer service, or lack there of I have received from some vendors I have dealt with when it comes to ST parts.
