COBB APv3 Stage question

In the next couple weeks I'm going to have installed a Rouch intake, AP, COBB RMM, CJ Pony Parts Down Pipe, and an Injen CBE.

Cobb states that "The Stage 3 Power Package Includes: Accessport, Intake, Rear Motor Mount, FMIC, Cat-Back, Downpipe, COBB Badge." and that "The Stage 2 Power Package Includes: Accessport, Intake, Rear Motor Mount, FMIC, COBB Badge"

I won't be getting my C-pe FMIC for about 1.5-2 months. I was wondering with the OTS tune from cobb, would it be better to run the Stage 2 93oct map, or the Stage 3 93oct map? At least until I get my FMIC installed and get a protune done.
