I dont think there are issues, alot of these cars are traded in or sold and people sell off the parts to get some of what they invested back. Ive only seen 1 or 2 being sold because the person doesnt want to deal with warranty problems but thats it. You shouldnt be worried if you're in the market for one.Why is there an influx of people selling their Cobb AP? Tis has been on going for about couple of months now. Was there no significant gains? Or is there any factory warranty issues using it? Just curious.

This is correct. If you buy used, make SURE, it's not married to another car, or it'll never work for you. You'll have bought a paperweight. From what i've been reading here it has to be unpaired/ unmarried from the previous car for it to work. Just dont want to make a mistake buying one that will be useless if it was paired.
