Hey all I have a 2015 st stage 3. You know downpipe, cai, tb exhuast, turbosmart bov, and stratified stage 3 flash tune. So I was driving to the parkway and while I was in normal traffic I was fine with my boost. I hit stop and go traffic and then when I went to floor on the highway I wasn't going anywhere... Rpms seemed a little wierd but I checked my Intercooler side charge pipes and they are fine. I don't have access to my car until Saturday but my plan was to just take off the front bumper and just check every single thing. The awful turbo noise is also there and my bov is not releasing air. It sounds like there could a lot of problems but I'm hoping that my turbo didn't go. I never touched the turbo at all just bolt ons. Please help!! lol

20 lbs sounds about right to me, depending on your rpm's. The funny noise goes along with your boost leak theory though. K03 turbos tend to make a high pitch squeeling noise when they go. Imagine a dental drill (we're technically supposed to call them hand pieces, not drills). The problem is, a boost leak can sound very similar. A boost leak can sound different depending on where it is, but may sound like a kazoo, or like when someone tightly holds a blade of grass and blows on it to make that high pitch noise.

I would recommend just getting the car on ramps or jacking up the front instead of removing the bumper cover. Remove the belly plate, and if necessary remove the front plastic plate to get better access to the fmic pipes.

Do you think it is the charge pipes? I've heard a lot of people having problems with them. I still have the stock ones I didn't change them out
I'd bet it is the charge pipes. You can still drive with them blown off, but can't build boost. I've had mine pop off a couple times in the past.

What was the air temp and charge air temp? Hot humid weather will affect the amount of boost greatly.

T-bolt clamps, and hairspray. You'll never see pipes pop again. Hairspray lubes the coupler on to the pipe, and dries tacky. Makes it harder to pop off.
