Installed today and not sounding off. Double checked and everything is secure and don't see any leaks. I'm still reaching boost as per normal and getting the flutter that I had with the stock valve.
Any ideas?

All good now I got it figured out and working. For some reason my boost solenoid was unplugged under the engine cover.
Now I'm enjoying the loud obnoxious music to me ears Boomba!!!
Amazing sound I love it.
